ALUPAC is committed to delivering prime quality products and services to our customers. To achieve this, we meticulously oversee every stage of the process, from pre-sale to post-sale. As a starting point, we produce our own billets using the purest aluminium ingots sourced from Inalum, Indonesia’s foremost and most trusted smelter. This meticulous attention to sourcing ensures that we maintain exceptional raw material quality throughout our entire production process.
Dies Facility
Moving on to die production, we operate an in-house facility staffed with experts in the field. This phase is crucial in shaping our aluminium profiles. Consequently, we invest in the finest imported steel and employ cutting-edge technology to design and manufacture our dies. Our commitment to efficiency drives us to continuously seek innovative solutions that optimize both time and cost.
Extrusion Facility
For the primary process of aluminium extrusion production, ALUPAC boasts twelve extrusion presses capable of producing up to 20,000 metric tons of aluminium profiles annually. Our unwavering dedication to delivering prime quality products and services has earned us recognition and global distribution among consumers.
Anodizing Facility
ALUPAC operates two anodizing lines equipped with the most advanced technology in Indonesia. We understand the critical importance of constant monitoring and control of these lines, as the finish of our profiles significantly impacts the quality of our products’ appearance. Utilizing cutting-edge technology provides us with the capability to produce a wide range of anodizing colors and achieve polished bright dip finishes.
Powder Coating Facility
Powder coating is a dry paint application process used to coat aluminium profiles. As an approved applicator of Jotun, a premier powder paint from Europe, ALUPAC is authorized to provide products with warranties lasting up to twenty-five (25) years. This coating method offers superior protection, outperforming liquid paints by providing a more durable finish. Our powder-coated aluminium profiles are highly resistant to various environmental factors such as impact, moisture, chemicals, UV light, and extreme weather conditions. This resilience minimizes risks of scratches, chipping, abrasions, corrosion, fading, and other wear issues, ensuring long-lasting quality.
Fabrication Facility
To expand our portfolio of products and services, we have established our own fabrication facility. This enables us to produce Door & Window Systems, Amplimesh and Aluminium Ladder under the brand name ‘Malibu,’ which we offer to the market. These products have already gained traction nationwide, and our goal is to introduce them to the global market.
Export Facility
ALUPAC’s aluminium profiles have garnered widespread distribution not only across Indonesia but also globally. We have exported our aluminium profiles to various countries including the United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Panama and Colombia. Our ability to export is underpinned by our commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining consistent product quality. Ensuring the satisfaction of each customer on every occasion is paramount to us, which is why we have established an export-oriented facility dedicated to achieving this goal.
